"The gals here are usually very nice. Sometimes dressed in a little less than they should be. I love getting Lotus Energy drinks, but like other coffee places when I ask for easy or lite ice I get a cup of ice with a shot of liquid. Plus the uncharge for using a card, it feels like I am paying for ice that my freezer can make for me rather than the drink it's self. I have noticed, not just here but at several places, when you ask for easy or lite ice, no one actually listens. And when they do, or say they will you get charged more for "more" product and still, 90% of the time get more ice than liquid. Here is a before and after of the drink I got today."

"The girls there are for the most part pretty friendly but one of the girls explained to me that the difference between a 24oz red bull and a 20oz is nothing. Just more ice. I'm paying a dollar more for extra ice?? Not to mention she was kinda short with me. Not cool guys."

"Tonight after work I went to Boston’s Brew on Appleway like I have been for a little over a week now. Unfortunately that entitled, horrible mistake they have working there was still there after my lunch (bird looking W/green curly hair). That one has no right working in customer service. Just a nasty thing. I spend way too much on coffee…from $600-800 a month, to go somewhere where something like that is employed, and it kinda sucks because I liked that place and everyone else who works there. I just refuse to spend my money somewhere I have to pull Up and know that if it’s her at the window I just wasted my time cause I’m going to leave and go someplace else. I actually budget coffee in to my bills. Bad, yes…I know but I make the money so that’s my treat……anyways……the coffee when it’s done by her is nasty…..and her attitude is worse. Customer service is not just a “job” everyone/anyone can do. Customer service is a whole atmosphere the people who’re good at it create which they do naturally and those people bring you money. That one will lose you money. Lots of it!"

"The female that was on work was completely one hundred percent amazing. It was only a couple of hours until they closed, but you would have thought she had just started her shift. She was energetic, happy, smiling, and actually looked like she wanted to be there. It is a coffee shop after all, so what can you expect from the food? I can say it was decent."

"Their "hot" coffee is Luke warm at best. Absolutely a waste of money if you want a HOT drink. Very disappointed and will not return. Worth it to drive further from home to have something made decent and correctly. Appleway location"
