What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"We are passing by on our road trip, and we ordered a caramel latte and a haznut frappe at this Wake Up call drive-thru. Ember, our barista made the most amazing frappe! Her attitude is super friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed ☺️ Keep up the amazing charisma Ember!"
"My husband and I are regulars here and absolutely love the baristas! I also get breakfast with my drink quite often, and recently noticed they switched back to a different brand of bagel. It's so much fluffier and more filling than the one they were using before, which would sometimes get quite tough when toasted. Hopefully they keep these ones!"
"The most noticeable thing was how freaking nice the barista was! She made ordering so easy. The next was that I'm pretty sure I watched her actually measure out the sauces and syrups, which is a big deal to me because ordered half sweet and I adore a consistent coffee shop. Plus the coffee tasted perfect."
"I know the cost of everything is increasing but their prices are astronomical! And not to mention wasn't listed on the menu. I never come here (usually a Jitterz gal) but I got a Mad Hatter drink with two flavors and an Asiago Bagel with cream cheese and sausage. My bill was over $14!!!!! The drink is fine, although I prefer Lotus, but my bagel was terrible. I'm almost certain it was a frozen Costco bagel, microwaved to defrost it quick (you can tell because the cheese becomes almost wet) and then toasted. The bread was "chewy" and the top so hard I had to rip through with my molars. It's also disappointing when drive thru coffee stands serve bagels with a tube of cream cheese and a knife to put on yourself - I'm driving! So you either wait until you arrive somewhere or pull over. I was mostly shocked at the price. I get my same size lotus with two flavors, parmesan bagel with cream cheese and sausage all for $8 at Jitterz. Over $14 before a tip is insane."
"I love this location! The girls are always friendly and efficient! It is nice to visit a place where you can tell the employees are happy to be at work and they enjoy their job! Nice work, Wake Up Call"
"Not sure what the sweet girls name was at the window but she was awesome. We ordered large hot coconut rocket, a large blended cookies and cream, three..."
