"First time eating here with my wife and we were thoroughly impressed. We shared the ahi tuna napoleon appetizer and were both very impressed by a variety of delicious and fresh flavors that came together nicely. I got the pesto sea bass. The sea bass was good, but the entire plate was delicious making it my wife and I’s favorite part of the visit. We devoured the plate. She got the coconut ginger pappardelle which was a lighter dish that would probably be good if you just like pasta, but we weren’t looking to count calories or anything. Dessert selection had many good options we will be back to try again next time!"

"Tucked in a corner of Eagle, ID is a quaint restaurant that shines. The food selection is wide but concise. Theee is something for everyone and we tried the ribeye steak, short rib pasta, parpadelle shrimp, grilled salmon, french onion burger, scallops and had the buttered noodles with chicken for kids. The food is so good, I was only able to take one picture - the Burger. So juicy topped with melted cheese and fried onions. The scallops were large and tender, on top of polenta flat cakes with a zesty avocado dressing. The best scallop dish I have had in my life! If you want non pretentious top class dishes, come to Coyne’s!"

"Coynes Restaurant and Bar was awesome. Happy hour is from 2-5pm daily, and we caught the tail end. Cocktails are half off and they have tapas, which were great. We loved the Curry Lettuce Wraps and Sweet Potato Fries the most. Our service was fantastic and quick. A place you can dress up and come got Homecoming dinner or be in jeans and a t-shirt but no one feels awkward."

"My family found Coynes a couple years ago and we’ve been going consistently ever since. It’s the sister restaurant to Bardenay, and I’d argue Coynes is a more elevated version in a great way. Service has always been very good. The bar turns out unique, well-crafted drinks, and the wine list is solid. The space is comfortable inside, and the patio is a big plus — fully covered, enclosed, and heated in winter so you can use it year-round. The food is where Coynes really shines. The kitchen is consistent, and the menu shifts just enough over time to keep things fresh with new and interesting options. Overall, this is a go-to spot in Eagle for a great meal, excellent drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend."

"We stopped by to get a couple of appetizers and a beer. We sat at the bar; Leo is a great bartender that makes you feel welcome. The food is alright, tried a couple of appetizers but I must say I was not impressed. The place is nice and well decorated."
