What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Eagle Coffee and Bakery has delicious pasties, excellent customer service and a great atmosphere both inside and outside the bakery. The only issue with the Eagle Coffee and Bakery is that there's too many great choices for pastries. I recently purchased two pies for Thanksgiving and each pie was excellent, especially the apple pie. The inside space can get busy but there's plenty of space outside and the patio is dog friendly. The weekend usually has live music as well."
"This coffee shop is a true gem! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do—it really shows in the service. The coffee is amazing—rich, smooth, and expertly made. Whether you're into classic espresso or specialty drinks, they do it right every time. And the pastries? Absolutely delicious. Freshly baked, perfectly flaky, and the kind of treats you find yourself thinking about long after you leave. My favorite of all time is the blueberry danish . It’s the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get a little work done."
"The meat- lovers (crustless) quiche was to die for. It was loaded with smoky ham, sausage, bacon, fluffy eggs, spinach and…? I had their gluten-free blueberry scone, it was a bit on the dry side, but very tasty. I also had one of their very creative seasonal cherry lattes. I’m glad I asked for it to be half-sweet because I don’t like a lot of sugar, but it still had a lot of the flavor. What a great place! They have several gluten-free options, I was thrilled to find them. New fave for my trips in the Boise-Eagle area."
"I have been in this shopping area so many times and never realized that this coffee joint was here. 3 minutes from my place and never knew. Well, I needed a caffeinated beverage this morning so Eagle Coffee sounded like a good joint up hit up. Walking up to the shop, there were patrons sitting outside enjoying their morning goodies in the fresh air. Inside was even busier. I didn't notice how busy it truly was cause I was distracted by all the baked goods on display! How does one only pick one treat? The muffins, croissants and danishes all look hella good. I also checked out the cooler which had a nice variety of quiches and sammys. I was greeted by a beautiful smile behind the counter. She was sweet and gave me a minute to breeze over the drink menu. I knew what I wanted but I had to check out the menu just in case. I ordered myself a med iced americano with the keto quiche and a croissant for my Grandma to take with me. My iced americano came out first. The condiment bar was nicely stocked with your coffee essentials. I got myself a little half and half with a packet of green sweetner for my drink. My coffee was perfectly made! It wasn't watered down from too much ice or water. With my additions to the coffee, it was just what I needed to start my day. I got myself a seat at the big community table, sipped on my coffee and waited for the rest of my order. My quiche was a thick and hearty! I love the crusty cheese on top! It was perfectly heated throughout the quiche, no cold spot. I love the salsa that came with it, it had a nice heat to it. The quiche was crustless and had lots of protein in it. As much as I wanted to like the quiche, I think it was the herbs on top that I didn't really care for, the smell of the herbs. I'm not a big herbs person. I also appreciate the amount of protein in the quiche but it was a little too much for me personally. It was tasty, the parts that I ate! If you're looking for a protein packed quiche, get the keto quiche. I might just have to pick a less protein packed quiche the next time around. My grandma enjoyed half of her croissant and saved the other half for later. She made sure not one speck of the powdered sugar was left behind, she loves her sweets. The croissant made her verry happy! I enjoyed my coffee and my time at the shop. I'm happy I found this joint. I look forward to coming back and trying the other baked goodies they have for sale with my iced americano."
"This place feels like my second home. Clay is the most welcoming cashier artist I’ve ever met! Maybe not ever but you catch my drift… he’s AMAZING AT helping you feel welcome. Chris equally amazing and also skilled behind the bar and being honoring of our time and space. Riley is also a barista ninja and made me the very best sunburst smoothie and recommended I put lions mane in it since I wanted that but not the latte cause I’m laying off drugs (caffeine included) for the time being. I HIGHLY recommend going on a Saturday morning - live music!"
