from Google"I was over in the area today for lunch and happened to see this joint right across the street. Negranti has been on my to go list so this was perfect timing! I crossed the intersection from Pig Latin and was there in less than a minute. Pulling up, the shop had a bunch of seating outside. I adore the picnic tables with the big umbrellas. I can imagine having a nice scoop of ice cream, sitting under the big umbrellas and enjoying the vibe. Walking into the shop, it's very bright and simple. Bright white walls, simple shelves with merch and goodies for sale. A very classic and clean venue. I love the big black and white menu boards. I appreciate when a venue can be beautifully classic. I stopped in for coffee today. Ice cream will have to be another adventure here. I ordered my usual drink today. An iced americano with sugar free vanilla and room for cream. I feel like it's a good basic drink to get at every coffee joint to be a baseline of how they make their coffee. I wanted a 12oz but 16oz is how they serve their small iced beverages so I went with it. The sweet gal got my drink started and I checked out the merch. I love the all mugs available. I have too many mugs at home. There was a cute white mug with little red hearts all over it! My husband would not be happy if I brought home another mug but man it was so tempting. There were unique bottled sodas and packaged ice cream that you can take with you. The root beer is a must try next time too besides the ice cream. The bottle makes me feel like that for beer is going to be out of this world good. My coffee was ready and I headed out to one of the picnic tables outside to chill at and enjoy my drink. September weather was perfect today. sunny and not too hot. Well, I really wanted to enjoy my drink. Unfortunately, it was really watered down. The drink itself was very light and opaque. From the flavoring of the espresso and vanilla, it was hardly there. There was no richness of the half and half, no bitterness of the espresso. It was quite a disappointing drink. I tried to drink a much as I could but I couldn't drink any more of it. I drank about a fourth of it. I don't know if the gal working needs a little more training on the espresso machine and how drinks are made but it wouldn't be a bad idea since this joint promotes itself as a coffee shop. The shop itself is great! The reviews on the ice cream are all the same, delicious. But the few coffee reviews are on the same page as me, disappointing. I'm happy I got to mark this cute spot off my to go list today. I do look forward to coming back for ice cream and bottled root beer."
"Their ice cream is divine! They are my new favorite ice cream location and I will be returning often. I ordered their Salted Brown Sugar and Chocolate Caramel. Both had a rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture. I absolutely loved the homemade taste and texture as it felt nourishing and happy. My friends ordered their Lemon flavor, which was also delicious. Waffle cones and other cones were free, which I appreciated. Prices were reasonable and scoop sizes are large."
"We first discovered Negranti while living in Paso Robles, CA for a travel healthcare contract and fell in love! This is a unique ice cream, it’s refreshingly icy more than creamy and has clean, natural flavors that pop in the most delightfully fresh way! In getting to know the company better, I have to give praise to the attention given to high quality ingredients. Alexis was on to something tapping into the sheep’s milk market. And we are so thankful for the resulting treat that is higher in protein, lower in sugar, and much kinder on the gut than traditional ice cream! It was such a nice surprise moving to Boise for a new travel contract and finding Negranti is here too! We stop by weekly for the to go pint special on Tuesdays. This evening we were assisted by Amelia, who went above and beyond for quality assurance and happy customers!! She is truly a gem and Negranti is lucky to have her on staff. Thanks Amelia, we’ll see you next week :)"
"As another review stated, there are different types of ice cream. They are not selling DQ soft serve. 😉 Their flavors are amazing and unique, and the sheep's cream is such a delicious alternative to cow's milk. I personally like it better. It was such a fun find for our family! The atmosphere and staff are also great!"
"The unique flavors and texture of the sheep’s milk ice cream are refreshing! Don’t be intimidated, it’s good!! I’ve had the strawberry basil and the black coffee chip and both were delicious. I’ve also tried the affogato made with the brown sugar ice cream and it was also really good. The staff is friendly and on our visit they explained the Sheep’s milk component in detail so we were aware of what we were getting. They allowed us to try any flavors we wanted. The waffle cones are yum!"
