"Driving down from the Pioneer Mountains after a fantastic weekend, I was craving a hot sandwich, veggie based and a strong iced coffee. I'm so happy we stumbled upon Hailey Coffee! Great food, awesome coffee and delightful atmosphere. My husband and I shared the roasted veggie pesto panini, which was stuffed with homemade pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, roasted yellow tomatoes, basil, roasted red peppers and topped with provolone cheese. Holy cannoli was it delicious! The artichoke hearts provided the same consistency as chicken without the calories. And the taste was amazing! All the veggies burst with flavor, must have been enhanced by the pesto. The bread was toasted to perfection. Paired with a strong iced vanilla latte my cravings were satisfied and my hunger maintained until we reached home! I would 10/10 recommend the food here. *Note - I waited rather long for the sandwich, but it was worth it. Additionally it was Sunday so staff was light. I think there were only 2 people working."
