"I ordered my drink iced and verified 3 times and I still got it hot. If I wanted hot coffee I’d make it at home. You spend $6 on coffee and leave a tip and you expect to get the correct item. Last time I go back here. Both times the drinks have either tasted awful or I get the wrong thing. And yes, I could have said something if they weren’t talking with another employee and the line wasn’t long."

"This is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in or out of town. What really makes this place special is the personal touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and have gotten to know my name over time, which always makes me feel welcome. I especially want to shout out Christina and Ashley, who are so wonderful and often write me small, kind messages on my cups when I order online. It's those little things that make my day! The coffee itself is consistently excellent. I'm a huge fan of their iced protien coffee, which are always perfectly crafted. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a great place to get your coffee during the day. They keep me coming back for more."

"I meant to post this a few weeks ago but on July 3rd I came in and ordered one of the featured drinks for the 4th of July. I had the BEST service. I believe the lady’s name was Nancy (The really sweet gal working in the afternoon with the glasses) and she showed me so much kindness, made my order quickly and on top of that made me a stellar drink. Definitely will be making Beans and Brews a regular stop of mine:)"

"Love this place so much! The staff is so friendly. Me and my sister used to go to the Starbucks that used to be here and although it's completely different they have so many more options! More food choices and I love it. Their food is amazing. And thank goodness mine and my sister's favorite worker still works there! Shout out to Ashley! amazing as always I hope someone gives her a raise! She never fails to meet my expectations! So happy she transferred over. 100% recommend this coffee shop! I have yet to try more options but I am super excited to try them! And their food is super cheap!"
