"As a thriller and romance author, I like escaping the office and enjoying a good coffee shop. Hot Shots on Bryden in Lewiston is one of my favorite places to work and grab a great drink. I come here all the time to write my thriller and romance novels when I need a break from the office. The atmosphere is always warm and family-oriented. During this visit, the owners were there with family enjoying drinks and chatting, and other groups were meeting up for friendship or business. It has that comfortable “community hub” feel that’s getting rare these days. The drinks here are excellent. I usually order the hot chai, and it’s consistently strong and flavorful. Their breakfast and sandwich options are solid, and it’s one of the few spots in the valley where I can get a good bagel with a proper schmear of cream cheese. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to handle anything that comes up. The drive-through is also a great option when you’re short on time. They get your order right and get you on your way fast."

"i spent a month in lewiston and this very quickly became my go-to coffee shop! i loved every single drink i got (whether it was a regular latte, matcha latte, pumpkin spice, you name it) and they have yummy pastries. their hours are long and they have plenty of seating; friendly to both productive study sessions & casual catch-ups. to top it off, all of the staff members are kind, helpful, and friendly! i'm so grateful to have found this spot during my time in town."
