The americano I ordered was very very hot, as it should have been, but the lid was not affixed properly and it spilled all over my hands as I tried to grasp it, burning me. This company needs to give its staff better quality lid+cup combos and the staff needs to put coffee cup sleeves on their cups instead of doubling the cups when the coffee is hot."
