"Went there to get a Carmel big train. Asked for extra Carmel drizzle. After she gave it to me I asked where the drizzle was because there was none. She said were not suppose to do that even though I was charged for it on receipt. Not the best big train. McDonalds is actually better. Also asked for an extra shot not in there either. Service needed work she didn't know how to run gift card was telling me it's invalid before realizing it was a gift card. I'll go to hot shots much better with service. Maddy was the name on receipt..So basically overcharged and did not get what I ordered."

"Ordered a couple coffees. We received 2 coffees. Both servings were DOUBLE CUPPED! Meaning an extra cup was placed over the fill cup. This caused both cups to pop of lids when picked up causing coffee to spill. If you double cup 2nd cup needs to be smaller so it does not push off lid.
