"I'm a regular at my local jitters here in Lewiston I'm particularly known for getting zip fizzes and I'm such a common face that most the girls know me by name or if I can name off a particular zip fizz that I've named with the girls because it's my regular drink and I've never felt better in the morning then talking to these young ladies that are at the window they always make my day brighter when I first come in especially when I'm tired and fixing to go into work The food is always great the drinks are always great but the customer service is top-notch and I couldn't be more grateful for their beautiful smiling faces in the morning."

My kids usually get the Italian sodas, and they are also delicious! I haven't tried to bagels yet, but I really want to! They seem so yummy."

"I was shocked by a large jump up in price for my standard coffee order. The barrista informed me that they raised their prices the night beofre in the system. I pointed out the price is posted at their original prices on all three signs leading to their window but they would not honor their posted prices. I understand having to raise prices to keep up with the market but your signs legally need to reflect the price for a product before you start charging people new prices. It could of been a simple error corrected by honoring the posted price but the customer service opportunity was missed in that experience and instead I was given a poor explanation of an illegal practice."
