What People Are Saying
from Google"The barista that served us was so kind and clearly passionate about his craft! He took time to explain the meaning of the coffee shop’s name and shared his recommendations on drinks with us. They serve Gaston’s pastries which we know and love."
"I was grabbing paint at Lowe's and saw the coffee trailer. What caught my eye is that it said "European Coffee" so I was interested - and figured I'd give it a try. I asked about the sweetness factor and he said it leans more on the espresso side (less sweet - which is my jam). I ordered a decaf mocha iced. It was excellent. High quality ingredients, focus on the espresso flavor with mild sweetness and depth of flavor of the dark chocolate mixed in. Delicious. I know where I'm getting my mocha's from now on. They also have Gaston's baked goods - that should tell you this guy knows what he's doing."
"This is an excellent little coffee "food truck" trailer that you can find in the Lowe's parking lot most days. The coffee is high quality and delicious, fresh espresso and other ingredients. The pastries they have on hand from Gaston's are worth the trip in their own right. The owner is super friendly and personable, always willing to accommodate special requests. And usually a little discount if you follow them on Instagram! I've gone here several times already and I've had an excellent experience every visit."
"Stopped by the Three Fates mobile coffee stand at the West Bench Farmers Market this afternoon. Grabbed a double espresso with just a light dusting of sugar. Delicious. The gentleman making the coffee was exceptionally pleasant. Will go again next week. Hope they are there."
"Not only is the coffee top notch, I am not kidding when I say this, TOP NOTCH! Joe is one of the most friendly people I have met on my trip here! He even suggested a bunch of places for me to check out. Stop by this coffee trailer and taste your fate today, best coffee and service around! Cheers!"
