"7 days later... I am updating this review because the owner, Brie, responded with a tremendously gracious email apology AND her actions to correct the situation ! The problems were recognized, and new procedures are in place. Now I'm sorry that we didn't get to taste her coffee because anyone that exercises this much concern for customer experience probably makes great coffee. Until the next time we come through Mountain Home... ----------------------- After waiting 5 minutes just to have someone acknowledge us at the counter, a mean & nasty staff member inside the shop told us (nastily) that they prioritize the drive-thru, so we would have to wait until there were no cars… with a line of 5 cars, and more arriving constantly…. and all that while we watched her be nasty with her own staff as well. Either coach her or fire her."

"My husband & I got two different flavors of coffee. They both did not taste any different aside from one being sweeter than the other. The coffee here is pretty basic, I guess I had higher expectations."
