"I ordered their butterbeer frappe. Delicious! Unfortunately thier cup leaked (from the bottom) sugary coffee and syrup all over me and me vehicle. I went back and told the staff, but they handed me another cup and were already aware that some of their cups leak. Get better cups, and stop using the ones that leak. Now I need to change my clothes and clean my vehicle."

"Tried this drive-up location on our way out of town. They were every bit as friendly and consistent as the dine-in locations. I love their long list of creative lattes, I had their seasonal Aloha latte with macadamia nut and white chocolate and asked for it 3/4 sweet and they made it just the way I wanted. He had the Bronco, his new favorite, but he asked for it 1/2 sweet this time and he liked it better. I can see why these coffee shops are a local favorite."
