from Google & Yelp"I'm editing my review so I can reply to Copper Moose coffee co. As I was not given an option to respond to their response. The barista actually only remade my drink one time. She did offer to remake it a 3rd time. I was not happy to have to ask as I know baristas work hard and I don't think it tasted that way because of the way it was made. But I had stopped going there because the last handful of times I ordered it was the same thing, very weak and no flavor I declined for her to make it a third time because I want to enjoy my coffee that I spend money on. I was very respectful and so was the barista. But I was NOT offered a refund which I was very surprised. But no, no one offered a refund. I normally don't give reviews and wouldn't have made the effort in this case either. I only did because I got a notification from maps asking to review this place. It was easy and convenient so I did. Also by no means would I have considered this a bad review. I gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere .I always order my drink with white coffee. It's been the same forever. Recently the last few times I get it it's not right. It's very weak and has no flavor. I'm not sure what changed but it bums me out"

"I was just passing through and looked up a place along the way that I could stop quickly for a coffee. Cute little drive thru spot. The barista was very sweet and friendly. The dirty chai latte was excellent!! I also decided to get an everything & cheddar bagel with cream cheese and it was SO delicious! Soft and warm with a crispy outer crust. It was hoe stay the best bagel I think I’ve ever had. I genuinely considered turning around to get another! Would be a frequent customer if I live anywhere near here! Absolutely give this place a try.l"
