"Stopped by to get a hot latte and an Americano for my husband. The wait was 2 cars deep to get our drinks. The baristas were kind. Wait time was decent to get our two drinks. The white mocha was a little on the sweet side, nothing stood out about it. My husband said his Americano was good. I do like the cute sayings written on the drink lids. It was a little bit more price wise compared to a few other places near by. Good shop but nothing that drew me in to rush back."

"I own a stand in Washington state, it makes it hard to find good coffee when you have created your own blend. These ladies nailed it! Amazing customer service, and really good coffee. 16oz quad americano black doesn't leave much room for mistakes and it is perfect! The cute inspirational hand written messages on the lids is a really nice touch. Our drinks were awesome and the price was very reasonable and the speed for making 4 drinks with 10 shots total was good too! Avoid the chain across the street, come here instead. We will be back for sure!"

"I loved going to this place for my Blu Raz watermelon pink lotus and a cup of ice. I was a regular until one day, the day before I got paid, I went there I had enough only for my drinks on my debit card. No tip on card. I gave them a $3.50 cash tip. But when I signed my receipt I left the tip part blank. Bad move on my part. The transaction went thru no problem I put the cash tip in the jar. Got my drinks and headed off to work. If you go to mugsys often, you will know that at the end of the night is when they charge your card for tips and it will adjust accordingly. So later on that night I get the finalized transaction and it had a tip added to it which overdrafted my account the cost of the transaction and now the new tip added on top and a $35 overdraft fee. Needless to say I was mad as hell. So I waited to call first thing in the morning and speak to the manager or owner about it and the lady that answered said she was the manager I explained what happened and she said that she had done it by mistake and would return the money immediately and she did. But only the money she took. I still had the overdraft fee charged to my account. And she rushed me off the phone not letting me speak to the owner. And she said things like, " it was a mistake and I returned the money so we were good, I gave you your money back." And then hung up. I never have been able to get ahold of the owner and it's frustrating because I've been consistently going there and paying with a card and gave cash tips often. Or just cash or just card. I never really paid to close attention before to their transactions because I had more money in my account and built a repore and trusted them. And I believe that the only reason she got caught because of the balance being just enough to pay for the drinks. So when she ran it she thinking she can just charge a few bucks and no one would notice. I wouldn't notice. I feel like she has been doing it for a while. Everywhere else in the world know the word for what she did. Stealing. She stole money from me and that's against the law. But apparently she's above it because she gave back the 3 dollars that she skimmed out of my account. I'm disgusted with her. I'm angry at the owner as well because they arent isnt reachable to have a conversation about what happened. I ended up just paying the $35 dollar overdraft fee myself and started going to other places. I live off of tips myself at the 2 jobs I work at but I tell you what I have never even thought to harm any of my customers like that. It's not ok. And she should be ashamed of herself. And if the owner sees this, they need to do something about it, because how many other people has this "manager" skimmed accounts and stolen from and gotten away with it? Mugsys left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be back."

"I really like this place. There's nothing that really stands out about their drinks, but most of the people are kind and they aren't rude like most of the other shops esp. starbucks and jitters. I'd rather have okay coffee and kindness than whatever the others are serving with their haughty attitudes. I do wish their prices were just a tad lower. The gal punched my card rather than punching the free drink, she didn't charge me for the drink anyway. Nice!"

"I tried this stand two days in a row while on a new job here in Post Falls. The barista messed up my coffee drink both days and I had to ask her to remake them. She said she was new but that's no excuse! Bad training on the part of the owner will cost you customers and income! Train your employees and maybe I will give you another try."
