from Google"I have been here several times their coffee has always been good and I have had good service. Today I went and I waited about 15 minutes just to get a coffee and then headed home to find that my coffee was sweet (I do not order sweeteend coffee) I turned around and went back to let them know and have it corrected. And I was aruged with. I was told by the barrista she made it correct. But I insisted it was sweet. She did says she would remake but at that point I was just too frustrated. Spending $5 plus and a tip to be told I was wrong. Was a bit much. Very disapointed today. I even debated going back. But decided I wanted what I ordered a plan hot latte. And I would not go back and waste more of my time to get a free drink which is what it felt like."
"I’ve been blessed with many opportunities to support the Cupcaker Baker Coffee Co. location near the Twin Lakes Village. Through those many visits I’ve gotten to try many different drinks (coffee-based and not) as well as a handful of their food treats. I have yet to get something from them that I didn’t enjoy. The thing that strikes me the most about this location and their staff is how they view and treat everyone as a person of value, not just a transaction. They’re personable in their approach to the customers and have even done a great job of remembering detailed information about many of their “regular” guests."
"We live in Twin Lakes and we love having this little place around the corner.just a heads up they are very sweet. I order it half sweet and it's still too sweet. Order accordingly."
