"Wow, I’m not usually one to leave reviews but tbh some of these bad reviews are not accurate in my experience at all. Maybe they should give this place another chance, a chiller might help. 🥶 TikTok is the best place I find new drinks from the secret menus, I just show them a screen shot. Easy to try the ones I find on there. My dog always knows he’s getting his pup cup and some pets when we go for our coffee/energy runs. My wife likes the sugar free stuff and different milks there. She’s gonna read this and hate that I mentioned the doggo before her. Sorry babe, love you and your weirdo milks 😅 If there is any issues with my order they’ve fixed it pretty fast. Not a problem, kinda understandable with a million different drinks to get. Eh, music can be a little loud sometimes but totally get the vibe they’re going for. I’ve asked for light ice before and didn’t have a half filled drink like another I saw, it’s probably just a recipe for the size and without ice that would be the amount. Seems reasonable Needing some of the ducks I saw for my Jeep collection. Hopefully they’ll be getting them soon."

"Love trying all the new drinks, haven’t had one I didn’t like. Smiling happy staff even when it’s been super cold is great to see. Pretty cool that they’re open super early and late too. Hopefully they will have an app soon so it’ll be even easier to see the entire menu and mobile order."

"My daughter stopped at the Algonquin location and picked up drinks for my husband and myself. She ordered a large sugar cookie Chai - no ice - and a large iced Chai with almond flavoring - light ice. When she received the sugar cookie chai, the cup was only filled halfway. She questioned the employee and was told that's as much as they fill the cup when you order no ice. She brought the drinks home and, needless to say, we were upset at the amount of drink they gave her. We have ordered a Chai with no ice at the Huntley location and actually received a full cup with absolutely no issues. The Almond Chai also had no almond flavoring. I drove back with her and waited in line again. I told the girl taking orders that there was a problem with both drinks. I was again told that they only fill the cup halfway when you order no ice. I explained that if we had asked for light ice, the drink would still not be full. I told her we wanted the drink remade with light ice. I also explained the Almond Chai had no almond flavoring. She entered the order again and we asked her to read it back. She read it back as "Iced Chai with oatmilk". I told her that was not correct and again. repeated "Iced Chai with almond flavoring". I then asked her to repeat the order. She said "Iced Chai with almond milk". Incorrect again. Repeated my order to her again. Third time - she still had it wrong. Finally repeated the order correctly on the fourth try. Waited to pick up my order and told them I wanted to taste my drink before leaving. Wouldn't you know... no almond flavoring. Waited for them to remake my drink again. Received the correct drink on the third try. Overall, an awful experience. Next time, we will be picking up our full cup with no ice and correctly flavored drink from the Huntley 7Brew ... or the nearby Starbucks."

"Good coffee, great price, very fast service. It seems like they got their stuff together - when we went, the line was moving _really_ fast, our drinks came out within like 90 seconds, everything in our order was correct, and the drinks themselves were good. They turned the music down from how they had it before - it's still a bit loud, but it's tolerable now."

"I ordered a medium with no ice, but the cup I received was only about half full. It appears that the medium size is essentially a small once the ice is removed. While the drink itself tasted great, it was disappointing to pay for a medium and receive a portion closer to a small."
