"I placed an order for a standard raspberry whipped cream cake ( off their menu) a week before a birthday. I was very excited since Ive had many delicious cakes from their other location in Niles. However, this cake was disappointing. The bottom cake layer was dense and dry, the rest of the layers had big holes (my guess from poor baking?). I feel like I got a cake that had been sitting there for days. To make matters worse the white and milk chocolate shavings they added for decoration tasted like mold. A complete disappointment and waste of money."

"Terrible location, I ordered in advance the birthday cake for my 10 year old daughter and was supposed to be a nuttela cake, when we picked up the cake WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAKE!!!! in and out was completely different than promised and the nuttela was nowhere to be found inside the cake, the party was beginning and the sore was far from home so we have to settle for this thing!!!! I WILL, OR MY FAMILY, NEVER BUY FROM THIS BAKERY AGAIN!!!!!"

"This place has completely fallen apart when it comes to customer service. Start hiring people who actually know how to help customers, because whatever you have going on now is unacceptable. What an absolute waste of my time. There were three employees—two glued to the phone and one barely helping the few people in the store. Clearly, these employees have zero capability or training, because they can’t even manage more than one customer at a time. Honestly, fire this staff and hire people who are actually capable of multitasking and doing their jobs. If not, reviews like this will keep coming. Shame on you. This used to be a great place to shop for desserts, and now it’s a disappointment."
