"Gloria Jean’s has a very warm and welcoming environment for a coffee shop. The seating is great especially the bar area where I usually like to make conversation with the baristas. My favorite barista at GJ is Kennedy. I’ve been at the shop a few times when she’s been working and she always gets my order out quickly and efficiently. She works beautifully by herself and is just an all around kind and sweet girl to talk to while at GJ. I really am loving their unique drinks especially the Dubai hot chocolate and the red velvet latte. They have many drinks that other coffee spots don’t have which is one of the main reasons I love this place! There’s not a time where I’ve gone to GJ and been unsatisfied."

"Very disappointed in the strawberry matcha drink. It was mostly ice and milk, with the "strawberry" flavor coming only from syrup pumps—no real strawberries, not even frozen ones. There was barely any matcha in it either. For a price over $9, it was not worth it."

"Tried their Cookies & White Chocolate and my cousin got the Horchata both were rich and flavorful! The only downside was too much ice, making it hard to sip with a straw. But overall, still a great treat!"
