Service was super friendly, and the place was buzzing with great energy. "Highly recommend for a tea hangout with friends. A group of 6 or 8 can be easily managed. They have quite a few options to order food. Milk tea was perfectly flavored and cake was okaish. The interior is nicely done, a clean and tidy space. I saw prayer mats, which means they should have separate rooms for prayers. Separate space for office/school use. The staff are good too. Recommended."

"Tried the Saffron, pistachio and haraaz latte and loved them all. Highly recommend giving this place a try - the ambiance, staff and coffee are worth it! I just wish they infused their saffron in alternative milk for those who prefer dairy free options and wish they had some gluten free bakery options. Nothing edible is vegan or gluten free which is a bummer."

"Beautiful café, but the freshness and quality could be much better Haraz Café in Aurora is a beautiful place. I’ve noticed that most Middle Eastern cafés I visit are always over the top with their decoration, and this one is no exception. The interior design is stunning and I loved the attention to detail, they even had beard oil in the bathroom which you almost never see anywhere. However, the food and drinks didn’t impress me. I love matcha, but I didn’t order it because I noticed they were storing it in a clear container. Matcha should always be kept in dark, airtight packaging to preserve its flavor, color, and freshness. When it’s exposed to light, it oxidizes and loses quality. That already told me it probably wasn’t being handled properly. So I decided to go for coffee instead. I tried the pistachio latte and the salted caramel one. Both were very sweet, but that’s partly on me since I didn’t ask for less sugar. The flavor itself was good, but the drinks weren’t really hot, just warm, which isn’t my favorite. As for the food, I ordered a beef pie, and it really wasn’t fresh. The items displayed in the counter case also didn’t look fresh at all, which was disappointing because presentation matters, especially in a café that looks this beautiful. Service was fine, not bad, not great, just okay. The place itself is spacious, perfect to sit, study, or hang out for a while, and the menu is very wide with lots of drinks, both hot and cold, which I liked. Overall, I’d say it’s a lovely café to sit and enjoy the atmosphere, but the freshness and product handling really need improvement. Especially with things like matcha, which require extra care and quality control."

"What a beautiful place!!! I went there with a friend today, and we were both blown away, first by the interior and then by the Adeni chai, which was excellent!! We also had the honeycomb pastry (warm bread filled with cheese and drizzled with honey), and vegetable samosa. Oh, and there was someone playing beautiful melodies on the violin. Perfect ambiance for a perfect evening. Definitely going there every weekend..."
