"My husband and I love to visit whenever we have guests over or when we are getting Potbelly’s for dinner! Everyone working here is friendly and welcoming. We have tried their Taro milk tea, Thai milk tea and a couple of their lava milks and they are solid! I do love that their boba is genuinely soft as intended. I have had a few in the area where the boba is still a bit hard. I also loved how observant the staff is. I went caring in many things include my Potbelly’s and one staff member who handed my drink offered a bag to help me with the carrying load. It was such amazing hospitality! We will continue to come here."
