"I love the coffee at Jasper’s!! It’s honestly my favorite in town, but I have an issue with a recent experience that I’ve had with them. My parents (who don’t live anywhere near Bloomington - Normal) purchased me an e-gift card for Jaspers since I’m such a huge fan. They won’t let me get rewards when I use the gift card because they claim that the person who purchased the gift card got the rewards. When I tried to explain that my parents who live out of town purchased the gift card and didn’t get any rewards from it, I was rudely cut off by the worker and told “well we’re not allowed to do that.” I would understand if the reward were something spectacular, but it’s literally $5 off a drink that is usually well over $8. Love the coffee, but wouldn’t recommend buying a gift card from them!"

"I’ve been a few times and every time I have not been impressed with the coffee. I thought I was making a bad choice of flavor, so I finally went basic and it’s just not good. I’m not sure if it’s the beans or how it’s being brewed. I love the idea of the container and the staff is always friendly, but the coffee just isn’t there for the cost they charge. The jasper was just way too sweet, but the first time being there I wanted to try something they were proud enough to name after themselves."

"My wife and I recently visited Bloomington from out of state and we needed to find a good coffee spot. This place is fantastic! We were able to enjoy morning coffee here each day and then came back for a treat a couple of afternoons. The staff was very helpful in determining the sweetness of a mocha they made and it was perfect! Also - I was surprised at how quickly the line moves, seemed like less than 2 min per car!"

"First timer here. Stopped by here real quick to get an iced coffee and tried the Coco caramel for the first time. I ordered a small but I'm not sure if that's what I got, I just know it was $8 which was a little steep for me. It tasted okay it was a little bit too chocolatey, if I return I would probably try something different."

"I’ve tried this place maybe 5 times due to it being right up the road from me, and me really wanting to like it! I’ve gotten 1 good coffee out of 5. Each time I just order a basic iced coffee with cream and sugar…pretty simple. Last time I had to throw away the entire coffee unfortunately, they completely forgot the sugar. It’s just not good, and not consistent. The staff are really nice though."
