"I’ve been shopping here since they opened, I as everyone else understand how your prices went up. never noticed that your charge a “ tariff charge” on products even though you’re prices had gone up after you started to pay more to ship your products from Jordan. I hope you reconsider this 10% extra charge on products. As we treat you with honesty and supported you since the beginning. We never checked our receipts. We were surprised to see such a charge bc/ Pete’s does not, Walmart does not, the nut house does not, Shibam Marekt (one block away) doesn’t. I appreciate the explanation and understand that importing specialty products comes with additional costs. However, I still do not agree with adding this as a separate charge at checkout. As a long-time customer, it feels unexpected and frustrating, especially when similar businesses include these costs in their pricing rather than listing them separately. Transparency is important, but so is the overall customer experience, and this charge negatively impacts that for me. I hope you seriously consider restructuring how this cost is handled, as it affects our decision to continue shopping with Alhamawi."
