"I order often on the app for a quick pick-up. Every single time I order the Garden Caprese there is something wildly wrong with it. It is either absolutely drowned in vinaigrette, has the wrong type of greens, or in today's case, it included chicken, which I can't eat. Today I called, and the service I received then was the only redeeming aspect of my experience. The employee was very apologetic and explained it was a mix-up between two similar sandwich orders. He then provided me with a refund. It's just really disappointing, because when the orders are made correctly I really enjoy their food. But I've reported this issue multiple times through multiple avenues, and there hasn't been any improvement. And now I still want a sandwich."
