"On the evening of December 27, after having dinner with my family, we stopped by Espresso Royale Cafe and ordered some coffee to go. This is the second visit. Clare, who was working the evening shift, took my order and made great coffee and tea. Clare was really kind and easygoing, asking thoughtful questions about what I wanted. I was impressed by how focused and careful Clare was while making the drinks. Even as I was leaving, a warm, friendly goodbye made me really appreciated. I’d love it if Clare made my coffee again next time. I know all the staff at the café might be friendly and welcoming, but after tonight’s experience, I honestly think Clare is the best. P.s. I revised this review tonight since I left stars only early this week."

"Before they renovated this location, it was small but the employees always knew our names and sometimes had mine and my wife’s orders going before we walked in the door. This location is very close to our house so we would visit often. Since the renovation, they’ve changed over all their staff and the service is horrible. I don’t expect new employees to remember our names or our drinks, but they don’t even acknowledge your presence. Just ask “what can I get you” and that’s it. They’re the opposite of friendly. Uninviting. Could care less that you’re standing in front of them as long as they get a paycheck. We’ve now found another shop we frequent and willing to drive further for the service."

"the young man working this past Saturday afternoon was excellent. His service was to notch. He was very efficient and listened and paid attention to the customers. When he noticed we were going to drink our coffees there and not take out, he brought it in mugs. will definitely go back. and the new interior, larger size is great."

"I stopped by Espresso Royale, this afternoon. KYLE was on Duty...He was very welcoming and provided great customer service! I purchased a Vanilla Cappuccino and a Lemon Ginger Scone. Both were Delicious:) There is ample seating, available indoors and outdoors. Accessibility is very good. Convenient Location. Gift items are available too. Check out their Coffee Mugs with E.R. "Stopped by to get my favorite coffee drink - a dirty chai with oatmilk. Staff was super friendly and fast. My dirty chai was ok. I like mine more spicy and flavorful. Next time, I will try a regular coffee or a seasonal drink!"
