Barista was flustered and didn’t understand my order so I didn’t even argue the price after spending several minutes just trying to order. I just wanted my coffee and to get out. Another customer came up in the middle of my transaction and also said she was double charged for one drink but the barista said she was only charged for one drink and blew her off, further discouraging me from trying to get my money back. The barista steamed the milk for our iced drinks, which was unnecessary and just took more time. Drinks came out okay, I’m just not sure what exactly I paid for at $25 when the drinks were listed at around $6. Even accounting for a milk substitute and tax, I’m lost. I was not offered a receipt. Your barista was trying to be polite, but was clearly flustered and needs more training so you don’t continue to rob your customers."
