"I am posting this review because I am a regular patron and I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of years now and I’m over their inconsistencies. They need to get it together. Now they have two girls that lack communication service because I ordered an Americano Sandwich and kindly asked for the ham cooked. She looked like she understood everything I asked for. Then I get my order and my sandwich is missing spring mix. I go up to the counter and asked hey are you guys out of spring mix? Because I noticed my sandwich is missing it. She took a minute before she responded and said oh yeah we don’t have it. Well it would’ve been nice to know that, but she didn’t communicate that to me. The ham was also not cooked but I didn’t bother asking for a solution because the girls here look like they don’t care. So with that said, please owner of cup of joe - kindly get your business together. Don’t let this place down. We love this place and don’t mind over paying for sandwiches and coffee but just the service needs to get better. Thanks!"

"Bad experience with service but the coffee was actually good but the food was seriously lacking. Looks like they used a paint brush to put the cream cheese on my bagel. Little to no cream. The breakfast sandwich was nothing special. Stick to selling coffee"

"10/10 Let’s start off with the bagel. I got the bacon egg and cheese and my husband got the sausage. The bagels are HUGEEE , delicious, and filling 10/10 The drink- I got the ice coconut mocha latte. DELISSSSHHHHH the only thing I would do differently is add a shot of espresso. 10/10 The vibe- BEAUTIFUL ART WORK, Super nice people there, and the smell is like early mornings at grandmas or parents house and breakfast is being made. You gotta be there to understand!! I LOVE IT AND WILL BE COMING BACK 🩷"

"Good drip coffee, friendly service. The only weird thing is alot of signs saying no public bathrooms ( strange for coffee shop/restaurants) no children can sit at a certain table, which I could care less, I'm not bringing kids there, but it's just kills the chill coffee vibe and their whole menu has ALL the prices blacked out? Great place besides all the restrictive signs, lol. Coffee was delicious, and nice big space inside. Would stop again if I'm in the area."

"Beautiful atmosphere, every corner I look there are art and drawings, the more you look somewhere the more hidden details you find. Perfect lighting with the sun it’s beautiful and really golden hour morning sunshine, comfortable atmosphere and relaxing, need some more comfortable seating areas but it’s a small shop. La Toxica coffee was really good blew my mind away highly recommended it was so delicious! Croissant was good nothing out of the ordinary but got the job done. Blueberry muffin the more you eat it the better it gets long game pastry honestly. Little complementary station is adorable and free water. Espresso is really good and gets you pumped up on that first sip, plenty of season specials. She even gave us a hot sauce packet for the sandwich what a sweetheart, order and sit down and they call you for your food. I would come here again. Parked far and walked I didn’t know where parking is for this place, no bathroom so hold it in buddy. Give it a visit you’ll come back. THEY DONT TAKE CASH LEAVE YA WALLETS AT HOME AND BRING YA CARD. Would come again."
