Their pour our was a 48-hour anaerobic process, which was also uniquely spicy and tasty. The interior was relatively small, so seating was a bit limited."

"I’ve found myself at Big Shoulders Coffee located on State street in what’s referred to as North Loop. BSC is a bit of a gem. I ordered my customary cappuccino, in a mug, a bit dry. However, I also gambled on a cardamom latte as I have a particular penchant for the spice. BSC certainly did The Windy City proud. Not only was this stop a respite from the unrelenting wind, BSC also offers an outstanding cappuccino. The elixir was certainly flavor forward and the foam was a masterclass in what is achieved when a Barista is serious about their craft. As for the cardamom latte, hypnotic. Simply a delicious escape on this Fall day. Should you find yourself walking the refined shops on Bellevue, take a quick stroll to Big Shoulders Coffee and loose yourself for 30min. "I got the brown sugar miso latte, and it was incredible. Very rich though, I could not finish a full size. My only issue is that the prices are fairly high, especially for the slushies, DONT get them, they are around 10 bucks and one sized, and that size is like a normal medium for watered down vanilla flavor"
