What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Nice coffee shop with industrial vibes! Stopped in here before going to a pottery class across the street. I got an espresso, single shot and some bubbly water. Straightforward and delicious. The Ciao! Cherry Fizz was not my thing. Just felt like watered down cold brew with a hint of cherry and barely any carbonation. I'd suggest trying it if you want something light and like cherry flavored drinks. I'd be more interested in trying the Cold Brew Sunshine next (cold brew and lemonade). It wasn't too busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Kind of hot sitting inside, but they had huge fans running that helped a lot. The seating and outlets were scattered around. Great for 1-4 people to meet up, but it probably can't accommodate for more than that."
"This place is unlike any coffee place I've been too. If I had a "remote/work on my laptop job", this would be my 2nd place of residents. The honey oat latte was very good, but the house blend caffe latte was top notch. I wish they made a Cologne or fabric softener the way this place smells. There are three different sections you can sit at, each with their own unique lighting and ambiance. This is a great spot for a first date or discussing business. I also enjoyed the industrial techno music at 9am, cause why not. They also have vegan friendly sweets from Beacon Doughnuts. We had the apple fritter, tasty. All in all this place is kick ass and a must visit for coffee junkies."
"New to the area and decided to check out this cafe— so worth it! I got a chocolate croissant and a medium mocha, both delicious. It’s difficult to see online what food they offer, so I also took some pictures of the snack selection :)"
"I live up north of the city and have often driven all the way here just for a cortado. The coffee at this spot has always been amazing, and for a long time it felt worth the trip. There used to be a real attention to craft—one barista in particular stood out for being both friendly and meticulous, making drinks with genuine care. Unfortunately, my recent visits haven’t lived up to that standard. Today, the customer service felt cold, and the cortado wasn’t anywhere near what it used to be. For a place that isn’t cheap, you expect consistency and a level of service that matches the price. I never minded the drive before, but now I’m questioning the reason. Chicago has so many great options, and I’m passing multiple spots just to get here. Unless things improve, I may have to rethink whether this cafe is still worth the detour."
"Great coffee, a unique location, and great vibes. There's a pretty small list of coffee shops where you can see the roasting equipment right inside, and it makes for an extra special experience when you see or hear the beans getting made!"
"Excellent coffee! Bold and flavorful! The barista did a fabulous job making my latte. Oftentimes at cafes you find just foamy bubbles but here they know how..."
