"I passed by this place on my morning walk. I ordered a warm Black Chai and the vegan Coconut Curry Empanada. Both were fantastic… highly recommend. The service was great. The inside could use a little TLC but it’s winter. When the weather is better I can see ppl enjoying themselves outside on the patio near the fire pit."

"Black-owned! Nice little coffee shop find in this shopping area close to my hotel. Wish they had higher quality and more expansive menu and location though. They don't have liquid chai concentrate, but they should. I recommend Freehand brand as it's spicier and less sweet and local. Or to make their own similar would be awesome. Also decaf beans would be great for an espresso drink. I ordered a drip decaf as it was the only regular option that I order that they had. It was $3.75 which is a good price though. Not sure the quality of their beans because they don't advertise it well. Staff are super kind and helpful. Recommend if in the area but its not an out of your way coffee shop at the moment. Alsotge place is small so not too good for working as it would get crowded rather fast."

"This place had me at HELLO 😍 I walked past their table at the South Loop Market and tasted the most delicious Oat Milk Blueberry White Mocha Latte and had to run inside the shop IMMEDIATELY! I can’t drink caffeine in the evening so the most kind and generous barista made me a custom decaf version that was chef’s kiss. My friend ordered the Berry Mint Lemonade and it was delicious and refreshing. We will definitely be back!"

"cute, but tiny shop. if you’re in a rush, i wouldn’t recommend choosing this spot. came during the morning and waited over 10 minutes between ordering and getting our drinks. we only had 1 other person in front of us. i thought it was nice that they use coffee ice cubes in their drinks to prevent the drinks from becoming watered down, but the coffee just tasted mediocre"

"Delicious vanilla latte. I love the coffee infused ice cubes so the iced lattes don’t get watered down as the ice melts - genius! Really hit the spot on an 86 degree morning."
