"I went for the first time on Monday. It’s a nice and cozy coffee shop. I ordered the marshmallow latte. My co workers ordered 2 strawberry cappuccino and tea. We all enjoyed our drinks. Thank you so much coffee joint for a great experience."

"The environment is great, and I really like the artwork and overall design of the shop. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The barista seemed rushed while making the coffee and then started chatting with others instead of focusing on customers. It didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming. I also ordered the marshmallow latte, which was about $7. Based on the reviews, I expected actual marshmallows on top, but there were none, only syrup. It felt misleading, as the drink did not match the pictures shown!!!"

"The vibe of this place is so cute and charming. I love the art and aesthetic of the space. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t match the atmosphere. The staff seemed to be greatly inconvenienced when I ordered, despite there being no line or other orders. I spent $33 on two coffees and two sandwiches. I truly don’t have very high expectations for service, but at this price point, I at least don’t want to feel like the staff resents my existence. Sandwiches are small, unremarkable, and pricy. Drinks are fine, albeit, I am not a coffee connoisseur. I wish this place was more welcoming as it’s a great location and I prefer to support local businesses over chains and am happy to spend the extra money! Not sure what is going on behind the scenes here, but I hope the employees are getting treated fairly."

"Solid coffee joint between western and damen on Irving. Sandwiches were very solid and they had a good selection of pastries. Both the drip coffee and specialty drink we got were very good. Especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches."

"I had an hour to kill before meeting my clients to look at homes. I saw this highly rated coffee shop only a few minutes away. This is the beginning of that love story. I will now and forever visit anytime I am in that awful Irving park traffic! It was my first time here and I asked for recommendations. Something not bitter but not too sweet like me. So I ended getting the Vietnamese iced coffee. Absolutely delicious."
