"I personally know the owner Omari, grew up with him particularly. Decide to stop by for coffee and conversation. Coffee did NOT disappoint. Tried the vanilla and coconut flavors and it tasted so authentic.. rich in flavor and not to much ice nothing like your average water down coffee. Service was exceptional and fast and he represents his brand well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely be back. Connie’s is more than just “serving customers” Omari goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied."

"I was at a conference at the Marquis Marriott and wanted matcha and only had a short period of time between breakout sessions to step out. Connie's Coffee was the closest in walking distance and I'm so glad I went. The coffee shop is upstairs in the salon/barber shop. Atmosphere was friendly, owner was great and I felt welcomed! I got an iced lavender honey matcha and it was wonderful. I'll go out of my way to visit again."

"Great coffee spot! Love that the place is tucked in the back upstairs and named after the barista/owner’s grandmother. The barista/owner was very knowledgeable. I had a pour over iced coffee and where he hand grinded the coffee and brewed it with precision. I appreciated that the coffee was single origin organic coffee. Will definitely stop here for another coffee when I’m in town."
