What People Are Saying
from Google"I’m sorry to say the interior of this cafe fails to effectively delivery the impressive skyline, park view available to this location. Dare I say furnishings are uncomfortable, shabby and badly in need of replacement. Coffee was good.Service was average. AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3. No on street parking."
"This afternoon I walked towards the South side of Chicago, making my way to Dollop Coffee. With several locations in the city, this was my first experience with Dollop. Upon entering I found the barista to be very friendly. Better still is Follop on Indiana offers a small array of beers on tap to complement the coffee. Brilliant. If I am anything, I’m a creature of habit. A cappuccino, in a mug, a little dry. Rather than my pairing with a croissant, I opted for a pint of Pacifico. As I’m a resident of Arizona, Pacifico is listed as one of the five food groups that contribute to a healthy diet. Thankfully the cappuccino Dollop crafted was on point. Not one of the best in the city, but certainly in fighting form. The consistency of the foam was very appealing and the barista took care the foam mixed well with the espresso. The net result was a pleasing experience overall. If you are local to the area, or just passing through, I’d recommend a stop by Dollop, be it a cappuccino or a cerveza. Enjoy"
"This cafe is so beautiful! Definitely a great work from home spot with great coffee and food selection. Don’t forget to try the donuts!"
"The food was amazing but the cafe is structured in a way where you barely have to interact with staff, which can be nice for some people but is not my preference. It is very modern, but not exactly cozy. The food, however, was amazing. We got a spicy mocha and a honey latte, which were both tasty and well crafted. We also got the breakfast sandwich anf breakfast burrito. The burrito was soooo good! I was especially impressed with the bread from the sandwich, the sauces on both, and just the combination of flavors on the burrito. One other thing I really liked is, if you dine in, you get ceramic coffee mugs rather than a paper cup, which I think is a nice touch."
"This is a very nice coffee shop with amazing coffee and food. We stopped in for a latte, iced chai, açaí bowl, and breakfast sandwich. It was all some of the best breakfast food and drinks we had while in Chicago. The staff is very friendly and the baristas really put a lot of care into making the drinks. We sat on the couch and played some of the board games they have out for people. It was a great time!"
