"Just stopped at Eli’s cheesecake factory in Chicago. Pretty cool place! So much to pick from. lots of great deals on their cheesecakes. I did end up buying Eli’s original cheesecake from their frozen section. I went over to the café and I purchased a couple of their brownies and a couple of their chocolate chip cookies. Was not a big fan of the chocolate chip cookie, it reminded me of a tall house cookie that went wrong. It was super thin, not my favorite. Now the brownie on the other hand was outstanding. You can sit in there have coffee and shop all at the same time. I don’t have to review the cheesecake, everyone knows Eli‘s cheesecake is one of the best!! But let’s work on that chocolate chip cookie recipe! Come on you’re Eli’s we can do better! Now here’s the real question would I go back? I sure would."

"This place is a must-visit. Eli's Cheesecake Company in this location serves up one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. I tried their classic original, and it was absolutely delicious. The experience was made even better by the incredibly courteous staff, who let me sample some of their other flavors as well - and they were all fantastic. The cafe has good seating, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy your treat. Just a heads-up: the cheesecakes are the real deal and need to be kept refrigerated, so plan accordingly if you want to take some home. They often have sales and offer smaller sizes, which makes everything a great value. With excellent cheesecake, friendly service, and good prices, this place is a total winner."

"This review is long overdue. I meant to write this review a while back. I went into Eli's Cheesecake located at 6701 W. Forest Preserve Ave., Chicago, IL. on 8-30-2025. I went in to buy a Key lime cheesecake. I called ahead of time and spoke with a gentleman over the phone. I don't remember his name but he was very pleasant and explained the different options they had available. They were closing at 4pm and I rushed over so that I could get the Key Lime cheesecake. Upon arriving and walking into the establishment I was greeted by Rosa Garcia saying "hello, can I help you with anything". I greeted her back and began to explain that I spoke with a young man on the phone who was assisting me, and how I rushed over before you guys closed because today is my son's birthday and he wanted a Key Lime Cheesecake. Rosa stated the young man's name that assisted me over the phone and stated that he was in the back but she could help me. Rosa was showing me the difference between the Key Lime Cheesecake, and the Key Lime Crumble and the different sizes that they would serve. Also they had a discounted section for certain types of cheesecakes that was available as well that she showed me. So I got my order and was ready to check out. I asked her about some of the cheesecake slices that were in the glass section near the checkout line. I wanted to know which two were her favorite so I could try them. There were three slices left and she gave me those on the house to try to see if I like them, along with a couple of the other pastries like the cookies and the snickerdoodles. Rosa, said here also try these as well and take them for your son's birthday. I was so appreciative and thankful for the gesture of her walking me through the different variations of cheesecake, and then giving me the couple of slices they had left, along with the couple of pastries that were left over from the day for me to try. The Key Lime cheesecake was a hit, and the different pastries were also great which everyone liked. I just wanted to write this review to say I appreciate both of their customer service as it was closing time on a Saturday and they both were so pleasant, helpful and really nice. Thank you Rosa and your co-worker as well. You both made the day great! P.S. This is what was left of the cheesecake. All the pastries were gone. I’m sure this would be gone later also LOL!"

"We love Eli’s Cheesecake in Chicago and have been coming every year ( at least 10 years as of now) to pick up cheesecakes for the holidays. We usually buy 20+ cheesecakes for our friends and neighbors, and the service is always wonderful. Rosa, the store manager, was always especially kind and helpful during our visits. So and Bryan and the rest of the team this past holiday were friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend! We will be back soon!"

"The worlds best Chicago style cheesecake. This stuff is made on site and is delicious. A hidden gem to Chicago. Eli’s is rich and creamy. They also have some great food in the cafe. Perfect for a artisan style lunch. Tip- they often have factory seconds/sweet imperfections for less than half price."
