"Bad customer service standoffish and rude for no reason, was simply asking if there was a difference in the menu on the screen versus their system. Basically, the menus broadcasted on screens have a vast difference at least for the espresso shakerato, they claim that in their system it’s different prices. Kinda sneaky but all in all the coffee was good."

"I bought directly from Lavazza USA. The website was a little confusing, I wanted Nespresso capsule. I did a search for Nespresso and bought 4 different boxes. 2 boxes received are not Nespresso type, some other kind, I rechecked the website and it doesn’t specifically say Nespresso, but it doesn’t say Keurig either. I contacted Lavazza but no response, no service, no care. Never again."
