from Google & Yelp"We came here for family brunch on Christmas Day since it was one of the few places open and taking reservations. The restaurant had a cozy, Mexican-inspired vibe. The food was decent, though not something I’d personally go out of my way to return for. However, everyone in my family enjoyed their meals and finished everything. Overall, a nice one-time brunch experience, especially for a holiday."
"This restaurant is so cutely decorated, with tons of Frida Kahlo Items everywhere. The service was impeccable. The food was very good, including the birra. The chicken sandwich and enchiladas verdes com huevos was also delicious. We ordered the Frida colada, which did not taste great. Perhaps the coconut milk had gone bad? Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a fun and vibrant meal."
"First time trying Frida Room and the food did not disappoint. It was delicious and ingredients were quite fresh! We didn’t have to wait too long (went in on a Monday around 10am) and our waitress was very considerate and kind. Portions were sized perfectly. We even had leftovers! Parking is difficult to find, however there is paid parking on the streets. Highly recommend using public transportation."
"I liked the service provided by Maria T. She was attentive & informative when asked questions. No complaint with the service provided. The only issue I had at this location is they do not serve (no sirven arroz) any kind of rice or sausage (chorizo). You must ask for chips they are not complimentary. I ordered the chilaquiles verde with steak instead of beans & my eggs over easy.. they very good my friend ordered the carner en su jugo & that was also very good. Also they let us taste a complimentary consome de rez that was delicious 😋. They don't necessarily have a dessert menu just sweet breakfast option like French toast & pancakes things like that. Other than the aforementioned the vibe is good I recommend."
"Very nice surprise. Was expecting a good brunch, but this was fantastic. Loved the decor and the Frida Kahlo theme. Staff was super nice and attentive, and the place was packed. Food came out quick, and was so good. Love the underlying Mexican theme/twists in the menu. Would definitely come back to try more dishes."
