"I really liked Jimmy Beans coffee, I was visiting some friends in the neighborhood and stopped in. The owner Jimmy was there at the time, and was a pleasure to talk with. He roast the beans right in the store, wow, I only saw that many years ago in a small coffee store in Evanston, IL which is not in business anymore. The ombiance was eclectic with a eastern zen type vibe. Now the coffee was so good I ordered a hot coffee, which was very good not burnt in taste. Jimmy also gave a sample of his nitro brew on tap, it had quite the zing. I left so impressed and would highly recommend it if you are in the area."

The interior offers a calm ambience and respite from the business of Fullerton Avenue—baristas cultivate an inviting playlist that makes you feel welcome to lounge on the couch and sip your brew. I found myself being extremely productive on the computer after I ordered a hot coffee followed by an iced herbal tea. They’re in-house roasting program offers elevated coffee quality. I highly recommend their “Tropic Blend” 10/10. I wish more cafes were as welcoming as Jimmy Beans!"
