"The wings were absolutely delicious crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The drinks were just as great, perfectly made and super refreshing. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the bartender. Marissa were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole place feel welcoming. Amazing food, great drinks, and even better service. To top it all off, the owner personally greeted people, which added a really nice, personal touch. Definitely coming back!"

"I came 01/18/2025 to watch the Bears game at Kellis with my sister. When we arrived we were told it was standing room only by the security. We happened to see that there were chairs in the back so we asked about them and were still denied (rudely I might add) even though there was still a lot of space in the establishment. When we finally were able to get a table because someone left we were then informed that there was no food left to make. Mind you it was only 7 pm. Terrible experience terrible customer service terrible staff. Extremely unprofessional . 0/10. Do not come here. Update: After a while the manager came over saying that they are now accepting food orders. We ordered our food and after waiting so long for it, the food order was wrong and they would not make a new one because they "ran out of chicken". The waitress then said we could either keep the wings we didn't order and pay for them or get a refund. This is a terrible establishment and really should just close down."

"I love Kelli’s! I’ve been during the day (it’s a nice, quiet place to work during the week with yummy food) and in the evening (both for a random drink at the bar and for events like trivia night). Black woman owned (I know her and am a little biased but love to see a business owner give their all to their venture) and a great space & venue for the Bronzeville community! Best menu items: Wings with Kelli’s sauce & the turkey panini (the latter is a really nice lunch!)"

"I live in the area and been seeing many advertisements. We decided to step in and watch the bears game. Order was taken and paid before given. We had tacos and wings. Food was good I can say that. Vine was nice. We waited way too long for food. Drinks wasn’t worth it. Shots was order and never received.Waited for the rest of my order to find out she never put it in correctly. We were promised free shots for a touchdown. Free or bought Shots never made it to us. We left in peace."
