"I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I have to warn others—this place is not it. I paid $12.13 for a so-called “mango boba,” and it had no boba at all. The mango flavor was awful, like cheap powder mixed with water. When I went back to get a refund, the cashier was only going to give me $11 as if she didn’t know how much she had actually just charged me until I showed her the electronic receipt. On top of that, she never asked what size I wanted, just handed me a 32oz cup and charged me without explaining the pricing. When I asked how much the boba cost, she said it wasn’t listed on the menu—which is ridiculous. The drink was so bad I couldn’t take more than two sips. Honestly, for the insanely high prices and terrible quality, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maybe their other items are better, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back."

I watched two other groups have the same experience. They’re not an espresso bar but a sports nutrition vendor with an espresso machine."
