"Absolutely LOVE this cafe! I discovered Matcha Cita on TikTok and am so glad that I did. Every time I visit Chicago, this place is on my list. Service is quick and staff are friendly. The interior is so cute, aesthetic, and great for taking photos! The matcha is top tier and the best I’ve ever had. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive from the city, but so worth it! Me and my boyfriend walked here from our hotel and it took an HOUR, but we did not regret it at all. Anything for Matcha Cita!!!"

"We had 3 drinks: regular matcha, matcha strawberry and a matcha pistachio, for food we had a caprese panini and a ham and cheese panini. The drinks were honestly not good. The puree in the strawberry is so strong is just tastes like a sundae 0 matcha flavor. The pistachio was not good at all to leave it at that. The matcha latte is very diluted and the color is clearly not there. The caprese doesn't look great because of the balsamic sauce but it actually tastes pretty good! Favorite part out of this visit. The ham and cheese Is just ham and cheese panini nothing special. Cute atmosphere but the ac is leaking, only reason not 5 star. If you actually like authentic matcha this is not the spot. It's a very "light take on authentic matcha""

"Me and my girlfriend decided to stop by Matchacita for an afternoon treat since we had points to redeem on the Inkind app. It was our first time here and we were impressed by the clean layout, and friendly staff. I ordered the Purple Haze, and she ordered the Pink Senorita. Both drinks were delicious and the matcha was perfectly strong. Looking forward to what flavors we will get next!"
