"The ice storm was elite. If you’re looking for a place where to relax and read some novels or whatever, this Notdstorm Ebar would be the best. They have the best ice storms available and even some fresh baked goods as well. The ambiance of this shop was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee and pastries! Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee just in time. The atmosphere inside this coffee shop was very vibrant and relaxing. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, guys! This Nordstorm Ebar is very different and well organized according to other places. The food is amazing, music of your choice. The owner is very sweet… Ever the best café. The cost is fair for everything and the atmosphere is good."

"I am visiting from the DMV area. I was doing some shopping and decided to give the Ebar a go! I’m so happy that I did. The most beautiful soul, William, greeted me, gave feedback/suggestions, and just overall had phenomenal customer service. His spirit is bright! I wanted to chat more but the line was forming long behind me. Keep him! Give him a raise! He is someone special. I ordered the brown sugar maple latte w/oat milk. It was delicious! "Warning: Lawrence got me hooked on the following: - MEXICAN #MOCHA: they use real Mexican Hot Chocolate, #ABUELITA. I get it in small as a liquid dessert. 😉 - SPICY CHICKEN WRAP with Ranch: If only they would heat it up for lightly crusty wrap, it would be perfect b.u.t, RANCH is great to cool the hot spice for you to enjoy and finish the portion (or shared as light meaningful snack). - #JALAPENO #BAGEL with CHIVE CREAM CHEESE: superbly soft, chewy with crunch. Chive #CreamCheese is a nice treat as it comes with it, *not* an add-in price. 👍👍 - Others that I enjoy here: - #MedicineBall: Better than #Starbucks. Made with #OrganicTeas by #MightyLeaf so, it's worth the $$. Sweet and Tart drinks are my thing. 🥰 - #CafeAuLait in Medium Blend with default 2% milk that I douse with brown sugar and regular sugar. To me, it's the nearest Cafe au Lait I had in #NewOrleans without the chickory. Other makers are bland as can be, except Puerto Rican and Cuban. Must be the beans. 🤔 - Lotus Plant-Based Drinks: highly effective, sugary carbonated drink without the jitters. - Super Greens Smoothie: a liquid breakfast on the go. - Smoked Bacon Egg and Cheese #Biscuit: a small, quick, heavy breakfast that truly stays in your gut for a while."

"What a horrible experience today at the cafe. I was with my daughters and granddaughters doing a little Christmas shopping and wanted to have lunch. The girl at the register did not acknowledge us when we entered and we were the only people in the lobby. I asked her if we sat ourselves and she said “you gotta order first” and the pointed to some Menus totally snotty and a grumpy face. We stood there looking at the menus and wanted to know what the soup of the day was so I again walked up to her and asked what soup she again was snotty and said “ chicken tomatillo”. I then asked if we could order some plain noodles to which she said “it’s on the kids menu” which is where…? We walked out and went to eatily which was lovely. What terrible customer service, definitely not what I would expect from Nordstrom this person clearly didn’t want to be there and also had the snottiest attitude and definitely didn’t want to assist a group of 6 with a few questions."
