"Found this place by accident while I was in the area. It’s got this cool coffee-brewery setup where you can actually see how they make everything and the Russian space theme is a nice touch. Right up my alley. I got an almond croissant and a hot chocolate. The croissant came out warm, crispy on the outside, soft and flaky inside. The almonds made it even better, adding a crunch and nutty flavor in every bite. It’s the small details that just makes the whole thing different. The hot chocolate was rich, creamy and it had an after taste that I couldn't figure out but it matched perfectly with the croissant. The guys working there (pretty sure they were the owners) were super friendly and easygoing. Only thing is, they take their time with the drinks but you can tell it’s because they actually care about what they’re making. Totally worth the wait. Perfect spot to slow down and start your morning."

"Delish coffee, superfriendly staff 💜☕️ I ordered a capp with an extra shot of espresso, oat milk, and their seasonal apple spice syrup. Perfectly balanced (I even forgot to ask for it half-sweet, like I usually do, but my coffee still tasted like coffee, not like straight sugar 🙌🏼 - much appreciated!!) Coffee was quick to come up, and there’s plenty of street parking in this sparse industrial neighborhood. Love it!"

"I've been trying to hit all of the big coffee roasters in Chicago and think this is a contender for the best in the city (at least top 4). It's located (fairly) deep into Chicago's southwest side but I think it's worth making an adventure towards. They moved the shop a few blocks closer to the western orange line, which I am pretty sure was already where they roasted their beans. It means they have to work with very little, and on that end I think they've done a great job. The inside is very spacious and there's more than enough seating if you want to dine in. They also use their minimalist aesthetic to really play up the space theme by using an assortment of grays with a few branches that reds make the place pop. Their roasting machine could also be seen through one of their windows. I prefer this layout over a very stuffy interior, but just note that the company is selling itself more on its great food and drink rather than its sit-down atmosphere. I'm not sure if they make their pastries in-house or not. But even if they're imported, kudos for having a good eye for sweets. I've gotten their brownies, almond croissant, and their pistachio-hazelnut danish and all of them have felt fresh and tasted great. No further notes. Their coffee is the best part though. It's a lighter roast that's a little acidic. It is one of the most distinct coffees in the city and worth tasting. The acidic flavor may make it an acquired taste, especially if you prefer your coffee clear (you monster 😜), but the flavors really work when paired with something else. The coffee really is one of the best latte grounds in the city, and I'd argue the best coffee to have if you like to have something sweet paired with it. Any negatives are mostly negated by the incredible price. You could buy a 16 oz. coffee for only 3 bucks. In comparison, any drip coffee from starbucks of any size will probably not be cheaper than $3.50 (the Starbucks website makes it a little vague so sorry if I'm incorrect). The grounds themselves are cheap too, with the 8oz. Bags being $8 in store and $9 on website."

"The coffee was strong but good, and very inexpensive. I tried the blueberry pastry and it was tasty. The service was nice and welcoming, and I appreciated that there was plenty of seating. It's laptop-friendly too since it's quiet with lots of tables, making it a perfect spot to get some work done. I had planned to order their breakfast sandwich without bacon, but since it was pre-made they couldn't remove it. They don't have many vegetarian options, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back."

"Ive gone to this place over 50 Times I believe . I would go often with my golden retriever . The staff is always very friendly and the two brothers ( owners) make you feel right at home. They are always very polite and welcoming . I think this is a beautiful space for coffee enthusiasts to visit. I would definitely recommend getting a pastry or two when you are there, they're sooooo good. The sandwich selections is simple but great as well. A lot of seating is also available . A great place to knock some workout in the computer. This is a great addition to the Brighton Park area. I wish them nothing but the best!"
