"Review written 01/09/2026. Delicious egg and cheese and plant based sausage bagel sandwich on pretzel bagel. Removing one star because they supposedly have free glazed donut Friday for rewards members but I couldn’t get it to work with the app. And also I tried to order a cup of milk and they said I could only get a bottle of milk. Which is prairie farms and tastes unfiltered in my opinion. Wish they would sell cups of milk like Starbucks or Parlor Doughnuts This location is located on the first floor of Lavin building in northwestern memorial hospital"

"Nothing to complain about as far as the donuts, but I’m dropping my review to 3 stars because the dining area was super dirty (debris / crumbs all over the floors & tables of unoccupied areas) and when you are sitting at a table with a full coffee would you want the table to be rickety? Well mine was. Clean the place up & adjusting a wobbly table to be stable? These are such simple & easy fixes I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t be addressed. Its a restaurant, cleanliness is the bare minimum."

"Delicious food! The service was fast and polite. We ordered two donuts, a croissant breakfast sandwich and a pretzel sandwich along with a frozen hot chocolate. The croissant filled donut was an other worldly experience. Calm and well-themed atmosphere but the table was a little dirty."

"Got 3 different flavor gluten free donuts, which is a "once a decade" kind of treat-- since fresh gluten free is so hard to find. Only tried the gingerbread so far, but it's amazing. Bigger than expected. Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere."

"Donuts were meh. Daughter left a donut like this. She’s a professional donut eater. Biggest thing is one female employee who seemed incredibly put out that they actually had customers and kept announcing proclaiming her annoyance with said guests that it would be “FIFTEEN MINUTES IF YOU JUST ORDERED!!!” Dude. Eat a fritter and take a chill pill. Fritter was actually fire. Lady was not. She was a buzzkill."
