"While the overall donut selection is smaller compared to some of the larger chains, what they do offer is consistently high quality. We enjoyed the classic Glazed and a coconut—both were fresh and perfectly executed. The real standout, however, was the Iced Coffee. It was strong, smooth, and refreshing, making it the perfect companion for the donut. Parking is tricky to find."

"I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The staff asked for my rewards number but had no idea how to use the app or help me find it, so I had to spend extra time figuring it out on my own. During this time, the employee kept pressuring me to pay without using my rewards, even though I clearly showed her my QR code and told her I had an active account. To avoid holding up the line, I kindly let the person behind me go ahead. After I finally located instructions online—and two customers had already paid—the staff told me I had to go all the way back to the end of the line. This was frustrating, unfair, and shows a lack of proper training. I hope the store addresses this issue."

"This was my first time at this location, and Dimitri was my first impression of Stan’s coffee here in Hyde Park. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant to encounter at 6 AM in the morning. I love good customer service and his customer service was on point! As I sat and observed, Sabrina It was also great to witness her level of customer service. This was an overall great experience."

"Omg this is a must try donut shop. I entered Stan’s this morning around 6:15ish and the young lady behind the counter was so nice. She greeted me with I smile and ask how she could help. I shared with her this was my 1st time in the store & I need a moment to browser the menu. So she continued helping took other customers while I was decided what I wanted. Once I made a decision I placed my order and she was very helpful with answering my questions and serving me. Her great customer service made me feel warm & welcomed. It’s nothing like receiving great service with a smile. I ordered 1/2 dozen of standard donuts and 1/2 dozen of specialty donuts and a mango dragon fruit Stan’s refresher and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious. I’m at work wired and ready. I also enjoyed the carrot cake donut it was so fresh and delicious. It even had pieces of carrot in it. Now that’s a donut. Made with love and tasted amazing.
