"Very, very, very, very, very good coffee. Like really good. This is one of those places that I hate to tell people about because I want to keep it all to myself. It's amazing. I've had a coffee revelation. Flavored coffee beans were " not my thing" until I tried their blueberry. It was so delicious I started laughing. I don't know what that means but that's what happened. Their Sulaweisi is matcha smooth. The caffeine buzz fades instead of crashes. All the stars."

They let me check out fresh green coffee. All amazing! I only regret not talking about decaf with them. They will roast coffee to ones own preference. Their roast levels are different than an average coffee enthusiast (me?) may be familiar with. Have intentions of trying varying levels of roast of the same coffee. Their store/roastery is located in an industrial building. Call after arriving. Enter through the door with their address labeled above the door. Stivers is not located on the first floor."

"My extremely picky Dad has come to swear by Stiver’s, and so have I. The Buffalo Soldier blend and the decaf Mexican Chiapas are the standouts. Greg and Donnie are both very helpful and welcoming. Their roastery is located at the top floor of a building facing the Dan Ryan expressway. Once you park out front, give them a call and they’ll come and get you."
