"Cool and quirky cafe located inside a Go Grocer. They have a lot of funky menu items that you might need some recreational help to think of. lol I stopped in right when they opened at 7:30am for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I got an iced caramel latte which was great. I also ordered the “Bizzaro” which was one of their more mainstream breakfast sandwiches, that comes with turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, muenster cheese, and honey mustard on a croissant. It was delicious and hit the spot to start the day. The staff is really nice, and you can tell the place has a local presence with all the returning customers coming in. Plenty of little tables around to dine in solo or with a group. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of their more daring menu items."

"Don’t let the unassuming location inside a small grocery store fool you — Sunflour Bakery is a hidden gem! The customer service is fantastic, and the food is even better. Their bacon and cheese croissants are out of this world — super flaky, with eggs that are actually eggs (none of that watery additive nonsense). Pastries are equally impressive; the apricot danish and tomato basil danish were incredible. We’re adding this spot to our regular breakfast rotation, and you should too!"

"Solid spot Co located with a go grocer ok the first floor of a high rise. Lots of great sandwich and drink options. Staff were very friendly and service was fairly quick. While it's a bit off the path, it's worth your time to stop in if you're in the area"

"I love this place random coffee shop in a convenience store in a tall residential building. The ladies are super, efficient, friendly and funny. Follow them in IG but anyway their drinks are very good we still haven't found one to complain about. Pasties are all good even vegan option available. Their sandwiches are so good. We have tried several and same nothing to complain about. They do also have milkshakes those we still have to try. But the paletas are yummy. If you have not tried them give yourself a treat and get a drink and sandwich they do run promos so it is kind to the wallet."
