"I am a regular here for almost 2 years. So here's my two cents: Amazing space to relax and work or leisurely read. Staff are very friendly and hard working. I love their pastries and cookies and their sandwiches are pretty solid. So here's the rub: The latte coffee is often really bad so it's unfortunatelt 3 stars for me. It sometimes tastes so burnt (the setting on the frothing/steamer machine must be too high often, it tastes burnt a lot). I also think maybe they should try a different supplier for their coffee beans. If I absolutely have to get caffeine here I usually just order a cortado. It's usually made well. If they up their game in the coffee grind, I'll delete this and make it 5 stars. I do love coming here to relax, and intend to continue but sadly don't get coffee at "the perfect cup" anymore. 🙁"

"Loved my Americano. Not all coffee is the same and this is place centeainly better than Starbucks. Not sure how they compare to Ground Swell coffee which is in the same neighborhood."
