What People Are Saying
from Google"Great bookstore and Cafe and clothes. I went there to buy my girlfriend a sweatshirt. Everyone is really really friendly. I found the exact sweatshirt my girlfriend wanted. It was a great experience"
"I ordered an item online that was missing a piece so I called to request a replacement/return. The manager Ira rudely told me the item was past its return date (when it was not) and insisted there was nothing she could do. She was at the end of her shift and clearly did not want to provide any customer service. I called back after checking the return policy and her shift replacement Jackie immediately offered a return for a refund."
"Omg. My Alma mater. Every time in Chicago k have to visit the gorgeous campus, the library, the reading room, the chapel, everything is so magical 🧙"
"I'm disappointed that they've decreased the amount of office supplies they carry and they no longer carry any art or crafting supplies. The renovation does look nice, but it has become less practical for me."
"As an alumnus who remembers the old bookstore (late seventies), I was quite disappointed. Books are a complete afterthought here: it is all about sweatshirts and coffee mugs and the like. The general books are in one corner of the second floor and the subject labeling consists of small handwritten stickies, hardly a professional look and indicative of the place of books in this store’s priorities."
