The café is beautifully decorated for Christmas, my favorite time of the year, which makes the atmosphere even cozier and more special. The customer service was excellent, everyone was very friendly, attentive, and fast. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot.."

As a Venezuelan spot, I would love to see more options on the menu that are unapologetically local, and for them to embrace this more in their branding as their differentiator. So much potential! "I’ve been to Varietale several times, and it never disappoints. It’s a great café on the north side of Chicago with an awesome vibe. On Sundays, I usually come here for breakfast with friends, and it’s always a great spot to hang out, catch up, and enjoy good food and coffee. During the week, I also come by myself to get some work done and step out of the office for a bit—it’s perfect for that. Chill, cozy, and not too loud. The staff really makes the difference. The girls working there are super friendly, welcoming, and always on point. You genuinely feel taken care of, which is huge. Overall, it’s one of those neighborhood spots you keep coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area."

"I absolutely love this neighborhood spot. The lox and sun-dried tomato bagel is delicious, and today I tried the coconut lemonade now officially my favorite summer drink. It’s a special creation by one of the owners and so refreshing. The recent expansion has made the space even more comfortable, whether you’re working or stopping by for a snack or lunch.
